@capa_india CAPA India welcomes the long overdue decision by the GST council to reduce GST on MRO services from 18% to 5%. This will increase the viability of in-country 3rd party MROs and reduce costs for Indian airlines. #IndianAviation

@flightradar24 Because of COVID-19 flight restrictions, Air Tahiti Nui is operating its service to Paris non-stop from Papeete—without its normal stop at LAX.  The flight is longer than SIN-EWR and at 15,715 km it is also the longest domestic flight in the world.

@rschuur_aero Lessor @AirLeaseCorp has placed 2 @Airbus A330-200 with Russia’s Nordwind from next spring. Previously they flew ith@VietnamAirlines. Must be a bargain as A330’s have lost lots of residual value recently.

@winglets747 Air Canada recently cancelled 11 Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft previously scheduled for delivery in 2023 and 2024. “Air Canada intends to backfill this capacity.” (but doesn’t say how).
