Main photo: Leonardo AW189 EI-IRD is the third of the type delivered to Bristow Ireland and the second for the Irish Coast Guard contract (EI-HKT and EI-IRR). It was delivered to Shannon and since 8th December has been operating as Rescue 115 on operational duties since the hand offer of the Shannon Rescue base from CHC Ireland. Four more Search and Rescue AW189s are due as the transition continues up to mid-2025. Photo by Malcolm Nason.

Boeing 737-800 EI-FXX returns to the register this month. It was originally registered in February 2017 and in April 2017 it was cancelled to Ukraine. Following the Ukraine invasion by Russia in February 2022, it left the Ukraine International fleet and has since been converted to a freighter. It will operate for Poste Air Cargo in Italy as EI-FXX.
