The Irish Hospitality Awards aim to celebrate the dedication, skill and customer service of the professionals who work within establishments where excellence is standard. A Spokesperson for the 6th Irish Hospitality Awards 2024 said: “Working for the hospitality industry can be challenging at times and the last few years have shown that. These awards aim to recognise those who have succeeded in this sector, despite the difficulties. There are people who have dedicated their whole career in making the country a special destination for visitors. It is time to give those professionals the recognition they deserve.”

Founded in 2007 by the late Eddie Ryan, and Jane Magill, Shannon Aviation Museum has grown wings (and continues to grow!). The Museum strives to give people the love for aviation that they just haven’t found yet. Across the generations, everybody enjoys themselves when they visit and get into the spirit of things, aviation is a universal and ageless language. The goal of the museum is to inspire and educate as many people as possible about the world of aviation as a whole, from flight simulation experiences to the history of flight, the development of aviation technology and everything in between.

If you’ve never been, it’s worth a visit. See www.shannonaviationmuseum.com for more information.
