The Cessna 152 is one of the most popular two-seat aircraft in the world. It is an American two-seat, fixed tricycle gear, general aviation aeroplane used primarily for flight training and personal use. It was based on the earlier Cessna 150 incorporating a number of minor design changes and a slightly more powerful engine with a longer time between overhauls. The high wing provides fantastic visibility and many people do their initial training on the 152 as it is regarded as being very easy to fly, very forgiving, and able to withstand those “less than perfect” landings that do occasionally happen as a new student begins their training.
