New Easyjet Route From Belfast
This week, easyjet has launched a new service from Belfast International to Inverness in Scotland. The new twice-weekly service operates on Monday and Friday’s initially for the summer. The flight departs Belfast at 11.30 with a 12.30 arrival in Inverness with the return flight departing at 13.25 and a 14.35 arrival back in Belfast. easyjet is offering all passengers booking flights with easyJet the benefit from some of the most flexible policies under its ‘Protection Promise’ which mean that passengers can book now for later this year with the confidence that if their plans change, so can their booking.
Commenting on the new route, easyjet’s UK Country Manager, Ali Gayward said, “We are delighted to be launching flights for the very first time from Belfast to Inverness today, providing a convenient direct connection between Belfast and the Scottish Highlands which will be popular with customers looking to explore more of the UK this summer, as well as those taking a long-awaited trip to reunite with family and friends in Scotland. easyJet continues to be the largest airline in Belfast and we remain committed to offering our customers great value fares and more choice when they fly with us.”
Also commenting was Belfast International Airport’s Business Development Director, Uel Hoey who said, “It is fantastic to join with easyJet today to launch our second UK regional new route this year. Bournemouth has been a great addition to our route network and Inverness is particularly exciting as it provides a direct service to the Scottish Highlands; opening up a beautiful part of the UK for local holidaymakers to explore.”
