With 88 weekly flights this winter and 18,000 weekly seats available on services to the UK and Europe, it promises to be a very busy winter season for the airport. We are particularly pleased to welcome the addition of over 20,000 extra seats by Ryanair this winter and the addition of extra flights on a number of their popular routes, as well as the continuation of their hugely popular weekly sun services to Lanzarote, Malaga and Tenerife this winter, providing a major boost for the airport and wider region. The Aer Lingus Heathrow service continues to go from strength to strength off the back of a robust performance during the summer season, with onward connecting traffic to North America, Europe and Australia continuing to grow. We thank Aer Lingus and Ryanair for their continued support for the airport and look forward to a busy winter season”.
