This two-year traineeship will provide you with the skills and knowledge required for an EASA Part 66 Cat A1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence. You will be equipped with essential skills to work competently and safely within an aircraft maintenance environment. This traineeship is for learners interested in developing a career in aircraft maintenance.
The Category A Aircraft Maintenance Technician course is delivered in conjunction with Atlantic Aviation Group or with Ryanair/PAM. Please note this is not the Aircraft Maintenance apprenticeship. Applications for apprenticeships are made directly to the hosting company.
This course is scheduled to start in October 2025. Non-native English speakers should have a minimum level of B2 English.
Entry Requirements
- Education: Junior Certificate or equivalent.
- Aptitude: Good spatial and numerical ability. Note: All potential candidates are aptitude tested.
- Previous Experience: None.
