The Aer Lingus College Football Classic Fly-Past will take place over the Aviva Stadium, Dublin on Saturday 24th August. The IAA has published a Navigation Warning to request pilots during the normal course of navigation, to avoid overflying the lateral and vertical limits of the Aviva Stadium during the time period as specified below.
Lateral Limits: Point 53°19’00” N, 006°14’54” W to Point 53°19’00” N, 006°12’00” W to Point 53°20’34” N, 006°12’00” W to Point 53°20’49.3” N, 006°15’15.3” W.
Vertical Limits: SFC to 2,000ft.
Date: Saturday 24th August 2024.
Duration: 1615 UTC to 1715 UTC.
The area to avoid overflying is in the Dublin CTR in class C airspace. On the chart below, an Air Navigation Restriction Area has been drawn to aid pilots and controllers of the area to avoid overflying. A NOTAM will be issued to notify of the Navigational Warning activation.
