Two New Emerald Routes from Dublin

Emerald Airlines, operating under the Aer Lingus Regional brand has announced new services from Dublin with a year-round service to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and a summer service to Brest in Brittany in Northwest France. The new service to Liverpool will start on Thursday 27th April with 11 services per week with a double daily offering on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. The Summer service to Brest will commence on Saturday 20th May with flights also offered on Tuesdays. These new routes will see Emerald Airlines operate 16 routes from Dublin this summer along with the 13 from Belfast and one from Cork to Bristol announced last week. Flights are now available to book on the Aer Lingus website.

Commenting on the new route announcement, the Head of Commercial at Emerald Airlines, Ciarán Smith said, “Today’s announcement comes just in time for those planning their Summer trips away. For customers looking for convenient travel options to and from Liverpool, or a direct, seamless route to the Northwest of France, Brest, we are happy to be providing you with more choice when planning your travels.” 

Also commenting was the Director at Brest Airport, Claude Arphexad who said, “We are very happy to welcome the Emerald company to Brest airport and very proud to be their first destination in France. Dublin was a highly anticipated destination; we are delighted to be able to offer it to Bretons this summer.”
