Jet2 Return to Belfast with Summer Charter Flights
Jet2 have announced their return to Belfast with a series of charter flights for the remainder of the 2020 summer season. Starting this Thursday, Jet2 will operate a weekly service to Gran Canaria. This will be following by a service to Tenerife on Friday’s, Alicante on Saturday’s with Ibiza and Lanzarote on Sunday’s and finally Dalaman in Turkey will be served on Monday’s.
These services will enable Jet2 to position an aircraft from one of their bases across to Belfast every week for the services. These services are all scheduled to operate once weekly for the remainder of the summer season using 189 seats on their Boeing 737-800’s. Jet2 have been operating from Belfast International for several years and are expected to continue over the coming years. While easyjet and Ryanair have resumed some flights from Belfast on 1st July, Jet2 are starting the holiday charters from 15th July from most of their UK bases.
