Tweet Picks:

@jonostrower A350s and CFM-powered A320 & A321neos have yet to be certified in China and they’re starting to pile up at Airbus factories. P&W A321neos only got the nod from CAAC in the closing days of 2017.

@McWhirterAlex China’s @HainanAirlines  intends to compete with @cathaypacific ‘s forthcoming Brussels-HongKong service by starting a link between Brussels and nearby Shenzhen.

@tonyfernandes AIRASIA X does not feel the long haul market is ready.  Not interested in Berlin london etc. Firmley focussed on medium haul routes.

@tonyfernandes AIRASIA will be transferring routes that are over 4 hours to AIRASIA X as they have matured and using that capacity for the more profitable shorter haul routes.  Win win.

@tonyfernandes Predicting this will be a record year for AIRASIA X. Further route reallocation and a reduction in costs. Thai AIRASIA x growing from strength to strength.
