New Shannon Course Provides Pathway into €20 billion Aircraft Leasing Industry

Aircraft Records Technician is an innovative new course being delivered in Shannon, beginning in March 2016, it provides an opportunity for experienced aviation technical personnel within the aircraft leasing industry. The Aircraft Records Technician programme will facilitate a career path into the Aircraft Leasing Industry as an Aircraft Records Technician, and is particularly suited to aircraft maintenance personnel.

Don Salmon, CAE Parc Aviation Client Services Manager said, “Within this heavily regulated industry, the need to standardise the practice of record gathering is the platform for the development of this course curriculum. The requirement to develop common standards to meet aircraft leasing industry customer expectations is the driving factor that resulted in CAE Parc Aviation developing this course of study with the goal of achieving excellence in record review process standards.”
