Registration is now open for Air Ambulance Northern Ireland’s 5k Runway Run at City of Derry Airport on Saturday 5th April. Runners will arrive between 6.30 pm – 7.00 pm for warm-up & security and the run will start at 8.00 pm. This is a flat and fast-paced 5k race, offering a great opportunity for personal bests as well as prizes for first, second and third in both female and male categories.
As well as the extremely unique experience of running a Runway, the £25 entry includes:
- Air Ambulance branded tech top
- Bespoke finishers medal
- Chip timed results
- Pre-event visit to Air Ambulance operational airbase
- Support to help your fundraising journey including online fundraising link, tips on the best fundraising activities to organise, and supporting materials such sponsor forms, buckets, banners, balloons and much more. Anyone who reaches £100 fundraising target will be entered into a draw for a range of prizes.
