Annual Kinsale Aviation Festival

The Kinsale Aviation Festival, established in 2021 by Joe Gill and Paolo Massolini, was born out of a shared passion to celebrate and honour Ireland’s rich aviation heritage. Both founders bring a wealth of experience to the festival. The founders have collective experience in the aviation industry, one being a retired airline long and short haul Captain and the other an investment banking analyst and adviser to aviation companies.

The festival is held annually with this year’s festival taking place on the 29th November 2025, at 15:45. Not only does the festival commemorate Ireland’s significant contributions to aviation, but it also serves as a vibrant gathering for local aviation enthusiasts.

Join them for an exciting celebration of Irish aviation, featuring insightful discussions on “The Future of Irish Aviation.” This year’s festival will feature exclusive interviews with Conor McCarthy, Executive Chairman of Emerald Airlines and Founder of Dublin Aerospace, and Yvonne Moynihan, Managing Director of Wizz Air UK, along with a special presentation of the prestigious Valour Award
