Waterford Aero Club is happy to announce that its annual fly-in and BBQ is on Saturday the 13th of August, which coincides with the Club’s 40-year anniversary.

Please note Waterford tower (129.85) closes between 13:00 – 13:45 (local time) so you will be unable to land during this time. Please land before (12pm onwards) or after this time and marshalls will direct you where to park.
Waterford airport is class C airspace so in order to enter you will be required to have a:
- Radio
- Transponder
- Full flight plan filed for arrival and departure
All aircraft are also expected to have the visual chart for Waterford: http://iaip.iaa.ie/iaip/Published%20Files/AIP%20Files/AD/Chart%20Files/EIWF/EI_AD_2_EIWF_24-7_en.pdf.
