Ryanair is currently recruiting for candidates to join their 2024 Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Apprenticeship in conjunction with the College of Further Education and Training Shannon Campus and Technology University Dublin (TUD) starting in September 2024. Positions will be available at Dublin and Shannon Airports.
This is a structured 4-year program including both hands-on and classroom-based learning in conjunction with the College of FET and TUD. Candidates will need to commit to 4 years of studying hard for their B1 modules or B2 modules which are intense and do take dedication. Upon successful completion of this program, candidates will qualify for an EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence and be eligible to certify Ryanair’s 565+ aircraft fleet.
Based in Shannon or Dublin, candidates will be working with highly experienced aircraft engineers in one of Ryanair’s biggest engineering hangars responsible for providing engineering maintenance to their fleet of 565+ Boeing aircraft. Experience will be gained in airframe and avionics and in pre-into-service checks completed on new aircraft deliveries from Boeing as Ryanair continue to grow its fleet to over 750+ aircraft in the next 10 years. This is an excellent opportunity for successful candidates to work in an exciting, vibrant industry and obtain a recognised qualification in aircraft maintenance.
As part of the initial training, candidates will also be required to spend 9 months in Shannon for classroom-based learning and hands-on experience while doing studies at TU Dublin.

- If successful, at online assessment an in-person interview will be planned for May – June 2024

- Eligibility to live and work in Ireland and travel without restriction
