AerCap has announced the delivery of the first of 25 Boeing 737 MAX-8 aircraft (TC-OHS / MSN60718) to Turkish Airlines and its subsidiary, AJet. The milestone was marked with a special ceremony at Boeing’s Delivery Centre in Everett, Seattle, attended by members of the AerCap team.
This delivery is part of a significant fleet expansion for Turkish Airlines and AJet, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and passenger experience. The Boeing 737 MAX-8 is known for its advanced fuel efficiency and lower emissions, aligning with the airlines’ sustainability goals.
Dublin-based AerCap, one of the world’s leading aircraft leasing companies, emphasised its commitment to supporting airline partners with modern, cost-effective aircraft solutions. The remaining deliveries are scheduled over the coming months.
