SMBC Aviation Capital has welcomed the new Early Career cohort, who are joining on a two-year Graduate programme and two-year Apprenticeship programme. They have commenced their induction at the Dublin headquarters in the past week to gain a deeper understanding of both the aircraft leasing sector and SMBC Aviation Capital, while also preparing to start in their roles and embark on their exciting careers. This group joining the Early Careers programme highlights SMBC Aviation Capital’s continued dedication to developing emerging talent and underscores the strong and growing interest in aircraft leasing as a dynamic and rewarding career path.
Commenting as the group arrived at the SMBC HQ, the Head of Procurement and co-senior sponsor of the Early Careers group, Diarmuid Healy said, “We are delighted to welcome the 2025 early careers group to SMBC Aviation Capital.
