Waterford Aero Club Fly-In 2025

The weather was perfect for the Waterford Aero Club fly-in that took place on Saturday, 12th July. Around 30 aircraft made the visit and the team at Waterford did a great job at packing them in tight to ensure all visitors could park in front of the clubhouse. The BBQ went down very well with everyone as did the ice-cream which was very welcome in the summer heat – a rare issue in Ireland! Some interesting visitor included two Chipmunks from the Irish Historic Flight (168 & 169), a Dyn’Aéro MCR4S (F-PTOZ), the ICP Savannah S on floats (EI-GYN), Magni Gyro M16 (EI-FFZ) and two Stampes (G-AYWT and EI-AEW). Thanks to Jamie Dundon (@waterford_plane_spotter), who captured these fantastic photos. Also, well done to the Waterford Aero Club team, who put on a fantastic fly-in.
