Special Day of Flying 2025 Video

On Saturday 31st May, the Special Day of Flying returned to Weston Airport, where VIP Flyers were welcomed back for a fun-filled day of amusements, fun and flight. The Special Day of Flying gives children with disabilities and their families the opportunity to take a flight in a small aircraft. The event has grown and grown over the years thanks to the dedicated organisers, volunteers and of course the aircraft owners and pilots who donate their flight time. On the ground, a range of activities were also available for the children to enjoy. One of the main sponsors, Avolon, produced this short video that captures the enjoyment of those who were there on the day.
