@hjelnaes Lufthansa to invest €14m (in convertible shares) for a 10% stake in airBaltic. Closing of the deal during Q2 and the convertible shares can be changed into ordinary shares (minimum 5%) in a future IPO for airBaltic.
@hjelnaes Ryanair to exit its Billund (DK) base (2 B737 ac) and cut all flights to Aalborg (DK), effective end March. The new DK passenger tax (DKK30 per dep pax) is the reason. Capacity to be deployed into Sweden, Italy, Hungary and other markets.
