Commissioner Bill McDaniel will officially open the Global Flight Training Solutions (GFTS) new Hangar and Training Facility on Wednesday 28th February, marking a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to excellence in aviation training, business jet storage and continued investment in Collier County. GFTS is an Irish-owned company run by former Irish rugby player and airline pilot Victor Costello.
The new facility represents a further development of the local aviation infrastructure. Situated at Immokalee Regional Airport, the training centre provides a professional learning environment for aspiring pilots and aviation professionals and the business jet storage facilities add a significant new dimension to the aviation business in Collier County.
