The Airline Pilot Club & Welliba Announce New Partnership

The Airline Pilot Club (APC), founded by the former Ryanair Head of Training Captain Andy O’Shea and based in Dublin, has announced a new partnership with Welliba to bring genuine assistance to student and qualified pilots. This week, APC hosted a webinar with David Barrett, founder of Cut-e psychometric assessments, to explain how well the app can work for pilots to help deal with the stresses of professional aviation. It’s available to watch back on APC TV for registered members.

Welliba is founded by professionals who have a deep understanding of the psychology required to operate in the aviation space. This understanding has been leveraged to produce an amazing tool that can be used, free of cost, by registered APC members. Welliba has created a solution to help increase well-being, development and performance during a pilot’s training and career. The aviation industry presents unique stresses and challenges, from irregular schedules and time zone changes to the high responsibility of piloting an aircraft. APC and Welliba offer tools and resources specifically designed to address these unique needs, providing APC members with support that is directly relevant to their professional and personal lives.

The platform offers confidential access to an AI-driven platform that gives pilots insights into what boosts, and blocks, their wellbeing, development and performance. Pilots can also get personalised advice from the platform. This can help to reduce the risks of stress and help pilots to thrive at every stage of their careers. Welliba is important for APC members as it provides tailored, confidential, and convenient well-being support, addressing the specific challenges faced by aviation professionals and enhancing their overall well-being and career longevity.

There’s also a limited-time offer to be in with a chance to win a €250 Ryanair gift voucher for APC members who complete the Welliba registration process. For more information, please click here.
