Pilot.ie Product of the week – Set of 4 Great Britain and Ireland Wallcharts

This week’s Pilot.ie Product of the Week is the Great Britain and Ireland Set of 4 VFR ICAO Charts 500k. Wallcharts contain Great Britain North, South and Centre and Ireland charts. Released in March 2023 this laminated Aeronautical Charts are on a scale of 1:500,000 and are ICAO Compliant. They are perfect for Flight School walls or for your home when preparing for an Irish cross country or overseas trip.

All Rogers Data maps have a clear representation of the ATS airspace structure and have detailed shading and relief of the terrain. There is additional information on airports, aerodromes and heliports and radio navigation aids with name, frequency and morse code. They show compulsory reporting points, reporting points on request and significant points such as border crossings. They highlight danger and restricted areas, obstacles and minimum grid area altitude as well as having isogonic line modelling with magnetic variation.

All their maps use RDtech® Lamination Coating Technology making them impossible to tear and can be folded many times.  They are designed to withstand excessive use while also being safe and easy to use. They also have a special laminate with a silk-matt finish that prevents reflections from the sun. They can be written on using the optimised permanent RDtech®  pens and markings can be removed residue-free with the optimised RDtech®  spray or RDtech®  cleaning tissue. All this can be done multiple times and your laminated chart will still look like new.

They are 15% off all this week, come with free shipping and they are available to purchase here: https://pilot.ie/product/great-britain-and-ireland-set-of-4-wallcharts-2023/
