The Norwegian airline Widerøe has started a new direct service to Dublin from Bergen on Norway’s west coast. The new route was announced last November and started on Thursday 27th of April. The new route will operate three times per week on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. The flight will depart from Bergen at 17.25, and arrive in Dublin at 18.20. The return service will depart from Dublin at 19.00 with a 21.45 arrival into Bergen. Widerøe will use their Embraer 190-E2 aircraft on the route.
Widerøe has a fleet of over 40 aircraft, mostly Bombardier Dash-8s and three Embraer 190-E2 operating across a network of over 50 destinations. The airline has its headquarters in Bodo with operational bases at nine airports around Norway.
