EL AL to Start New Service from Tel Aviv to Dublin

Israeli national airline, EL AL has announced a new service from Tel Aviv to Dublin starting in March 2023. The new route was announced at the World Travel Market, Europe’s largest tourism exhibition, in London. EL AL had previously announced this route back in 2019 with a start date of May 2020, however, the route never started due to the pandemic. EL AL plans to operate three weekly flights between Tel Aviv and Dublin from next spring. The flights will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays with EL AL operating a Boeing 737 aircraft with a flight time of approximately six hours and offering both economy and business class with full on-board service.

Commenting on the announcement of the new route, the Managing Director of Dublin Airport, Vincent Harrison said, “The addition of this direct route will open up a new sun destination for Irish travelers and is likely to prove popular also with those seeking to make a pilgrimage journey to the Holy Land. The route will also come as good news to the ever-growing number of Israeli businesses that are present in Ireland. We look forward to the commencement of the new EL AL service from Dublin Airport next spring.”
