@lesliejosephs While everyone is jostling for seats to U.S. destinations, @hopper  says there are some flight deals to Europe, especially if you skip the least pleasant travel period, summer.

@WandrMe The US DOT finalized its issuance of operating certificate to Waltzing Matilda Aviation d/b/a Connect Airlines. The carrier is now a real commercial airline. It will be interesting to see how quickly it launches operations and the fleet grows.

@WandrMe .@Gatwick_Airport  will apply new schedule caps through August, cutting movements to 825 daily for the rest of July and 850 for the following month.  The airport says it is operating “at close to 800 daily ATMS,” so this may not be a cut from current levels, but limits growth.
