Air Canada Expands Services to Dublin

Air Canada’s passenger flights from Vancouver to Dublin have started along with the restart of the service from Montreal this week. These services complement the existing daily service to Toronto. Flights between Vancouver and Dublin operate four times weekly on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with arrival in Dublin the following mornings, whilst flights between Montreal and Dublin operate three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Both services are operated with Boeing 787-8 and 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, featuring Air Canada Signature Class, Premium Economy and Economy seats. 

In addition to the resumed services from Dublin, Air Canada offers non-stop services between Dublin and Toronto, from Edinburgh and Manchester to Toronto, as well as from London Heathrow to Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary and Halifax.   

Commenting on the expansion of Air Canada’s services to Dublin, the Chief Executive Officer of daa, Dalton Philips said, “Dublin Airport is pleased to welcome the return of Air Canada’s services from Dublin to Montreal and Vancouver to our route network this June. The recommencement of these routes will be great news for business and leisure passengers in Ireland, Montreal and Vancouver and we anticipate strong demand for these services in both directions. We look forward to continuing to work with Air Canada in promoting their services from Dublin Airport.”

Also commenting was the Air Canada Country Sales Manager Ireland, Bláithín O’Donnell who said, “We are pleased to resume our services from Dublin to Vancouver and Montreal. This is great news for our customers here in Ireland, as it provides greater travel choice with these additional direct flights to Canada, where customers can discover the delights of British Columbia and Quebec.”
