Goshawk Delivers One A320 to Trade Air

Dublin-based leading aircraft lessor Goshawk Aviation has announced the delivery of one Airbus A320 aircraft to Trade Air, the charter and scheduled carrier operating from Zagreb, Croatia. The A320 was delivered on Wednesday, 30th March. The delivery of the first aircraft by Goshawk to Trade Air represents a significant milestone for the business.

Goshawk has a portfolio of over 220 aircraft serving more than 60 customers in 35 countries. Their fleet comprises single-aisle Airbus A320 and twin-aisle Airbus A330 and A350 along with Boeing 737s and Boeing 787s. Goshawk was founded in 2013 and is based in Dublin with offices in Hong Kong and the United States. The company is a joint venture company held 50% by Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited and NWS Holdings Limited, two Hong Kong based enterprises.

Commenting on the deal, the Head of Airline Marketing at Goshawk, Stephen Murphy said, “We are delighted to begin our relationship with Trade Air by delivering our first A320-200 aircraft. This placement demonstrates our continuing confidence in the aviation industry as it emerges from the Covid-19 pandemic and adapts to the rapidly evolving geopolitical situation.”

Also commenting was the Managing Director of Trade Air, Marko Cvijin who added, “We are glad to have established a business relationship with Goshawk and are looking forward to doing more business in future.”
