American to Increase Dublin Services
American Airlines is to increase its transatlantic routes to Dublin during May, bringing the number of seats available on their daily services to greater than the pre-pandemic levels. American currently operates a daily service to Dublin from Philadelphia and they will add new services from Chicago-O’Hare, Dallas-Forth Worth and Charlotte. The new daily services will start on 6th May and operate until 29th October. American Airlines will operate the 238 seat Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner on all routes except the Charlotte – Dublin which will utilise the Boeing 777-200 aircraft with 273 seats. American Airlines offer Economy, Premium Economy and Business Class on all these transatlantic services.
American Airlines returned to Dublin in 2021 following the pandemic restrictions and maintained services despite the travel restrictions entering the United States. This was to allow for the flow of cargo to be maintained
