Aer Lingus Regional Embarks on Major Recruitment Drive for Cabin Crew

Emerald Airlines is looking for friendly, hands-on, and professional people to be the face of the airline as it embarks on the next exciting phase of its journey. The opportunities available are for those existing EASA and UK Attestation holders as well as those who wish to begin their flying career. Positions are available in the airline’s Dublin and Belfast bases.

As Emerald Airlines Cabin Crew, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flights, whilst delivering exceptional service. Successful applicants will undergo four weeks of paid training before playing a key role in Ireland’s Newest Regional Airline

Commenting on the announcement, Maria Killian, Head of People and Culture at Emerald Airlines said: “We are delighted to begin our recruitment drive for additional Cabin Crew to join our growing team. We already have a super strong team of Cabin Crew in both Dublin and Belfast, and we are eager to add to this by recruiting those who have previously delivered customer service to the highest standard, yet may not necessarily have aviation experience. We will also be providing four weeks of paid training to those successful during the process.”

Those interested in applying should be passionate about ensuring the highest standards of safety while delivering an excellent customer service experience to customers.

“Those successful will be offered a competitive base and variable salary, a regular roster, a company pension scheme, Staff Travel Privileges, and most importantly, job security, with a number of permanent positions available,” added Killian.

Interested applicants should email a copy of their CV along with their base preference of Dublin or Belfast to cabincrewrecruits@emeraldairlines.com. Applications for positions will be closing on Friday 6th May 2022. Those shortlisted for the last stage of the selection process will be invited to attend the recruitment open day for a face-to-face interview. Additional details on the recruitment day will be shared in due course. Further details on the Cabin Crew job description and essential requirements can be found on Emerald Airlines’ careers page.
