Aer Lingus Announce Miami Return
Aer Lingus has announced that they will return to the Dublin – Miami route from 21st October this year. They will initially start with two services per week and then add a third weekly service from 29th October. The flights will depart Dublin on a Friday and Sunday with the addition of a Wednesday flight when the third rotation starts up.
Aer Lingus will have 14 routes operating this year between Ireland and the United States with routes returning following the easing of travel restrictions. Daily flights to San Francisco will recommence on 25th February, daily flights to Los Angeles starting on 12th May and the Dublin – Seattle route will be returning with five flights times per week from 26th May. Transatlantic flights to the USA from Shannon will start from 10th March, with daily services being offered to New York and Boston.
Commenting on the return of the Miami service the Executive Vice-President US at Aer Lingus Bill Byrne said, “We are delighted to be building back our US connectivity this year and there’s no doubt that travel is back for 2022. We are so happy to be flying to the US again, and this week we are delighted to be continuing to connect families, friends and businesses to Florida.
