@cmacgm These 4 new @Airbus #A350F will enable CMA CGM AIR CARGO to strengthen its long-haul offer. They are equipped with the latest technologies and will offer the best environmental performance in the sector in terms of noise, CO2 and engine emissions.

@jonostrower One thing that I haven’t seen remarked on from here in Dubai is just how incredibly quiet the MC-21 is in flight. Easily as quiet as an A220, and this one is flying Russian engines that aren’t historically known for their whisper quiet propulsion.

@jrobinsuk .@BreezeAirways chief David Neeleman says the @airbus A220 should enter service end-Q2/start Q3 on longer haul routes (but won’t say which ones). Will start with 5 of the aircraft. Long term hopes to serve 10-12 cities in Brazil out of Florida.

@jrobinsuk “There is a softening, we definitely see that”, says @easyJet ceo Johan Lundgren about omicron. But this is “not as severe” as previous covid downturns and may not have a major impact. Adds there is “no doubt we are in a recovery trend”. #aviationfest.

@kclepley When decisions are made in split second timing that require two sets of eyes, working in unison, to tackle critical issues; no amount of automation can replace the skill set of my First Officers.
