@airBaltic An early holiday present for @airBaltic! Wrapped present We have welcomed our 24th and 25th @Airbus A220-300 aircraft, registered as YL-AAX and YL-AAY. These two jets complete the planned new aircraft deliveries for airBaltic in 2020.

@AvWeekScho AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes says the airline could “absolutely” still take its massive number of Airbus orders. However, in short-term can’t take new planes with so many still grounded, and may even return some. But growth will resume. Still in negotiations with Airbus #CAPAlive.

@AvWeekScho Indigo has reached 70% of pre-COVID domestic capacity, CEO Ronojoy Dutta says. Expects to hit 80% by end of Dec (after govt lifted caps), and 100% early in 2021. International still at 20%, hoping for recovery by end of 2021 #CAPAlive.

@AvWeekScho Indigo is “100% confident” that its massive orderbook (over 600 a/c) is not too large, says CCO Boulter – “we haven’t slowed deliveries at all and we don’t intend to.” Some of the older Airbus a/c being retired early. But Indigo remains v. confident in growth potential #CAPAlive.

@AvWeekScho Virgin Australia revises 737 MAX order – instead of 23 MAX 8s and 25 MAX 10s, it will now just take the 25 MAX 10s. First delivery pushed back 2 years to mid-2023. The larger MAX 10s can be used on high-density domestic routes and short-haul international.
