Dublin Airport Publish Updated List of Airlines Operating
Dublin Airport has published an updated list of dates for the expected return of airlines. However, as expected not many additional airlines will be returning to serve Dublin during the bleak winter months due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Of the airlines still scheduled to return to Dublin this year, only Transavia France will now return. Although, from their online schedule, they only have one flight scheduled to operate during October, a regular Sunday flight in November with a couple of additional weekday flights and 17th December is the date for the return of their daily service.
Most other airlines have now pushed back their start date of Dublin services to summer 2021 including Aegean, Air Transat, Aeroflot and Cathay Pacific, Sun Express and Westjet. Previously announced new services to Dublin by Egyptair, El Al, Blue Islands and Hi Sky have all now been suspended until further notice. Some airlines had planned to return to Dublin during the summer but the failure of countries to make it to the ‘Green List’ for passengers to travel to without quarantine has seen them suspend possibly services to Dublin. A full list of airlines operating to Dublin for the winter can be seen here.
