Hainan Airlines to open new Dublin route from Shenzhen

Hainan Airlines are to expand their services to Dublin with another direct service to China. The new service will launch on February 25th with the arrival of the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner from Shenzhen. The new twice weekly service will compliment their existing service to Beijing which started last summer. The four times weekly service to Beijing has proved very successful although it was reduced for the winter but is expected to be upgraded again this summer. This service is operated via Edinburgh inbound on two of the services and on the alternate days to Edinburgh on the outbound leg. The new service to Shenzhen is listed as a direct routing inbound and on the outbound legs. The twice weekly flight will operate to Dublin on Monday and Fridays mornings. The flight will depart Shenzhen at 01.30am and will arrive in Dublin at 07.00 with a 09.00 departure from Dublin and arrival at 05.30 on Tuesday and Saturday’s.

This new service will be operated by the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner with 30 Business class seats and 259 Economy seats.
